35 year’s experience in Design, Project Management and the delivery of large scale developments. The majority of my experience is at Director Level running teams of over 500 employees. My involvement in the design, development and delivery of projects is unique and means that the deliverability of a new project as a whole, is carefully considered by me, during both planning and design stages.

13 year’s experience of Planning and Development in both the public and private sectors. Whilst training as a Town Planner I worked at the local authority in Cornwall which gave me a crucial understanding of how planning applications are dealt with and what can influence decisions. Most of my time in the private sector was spent with Redrow Homes in Exeter promoting large scale strategic development sites.
