Apex Land acted for the landowners of a 4 acre site at North Hill in the village of Blackwater near Truro. We met the landowners on site and discussed a range of options for how we could help them.
In the end they decided they would like us to act for them in finding a developer partner.
St Agnes Parish Council and Cornwall Council’s Planners supported the application. Treveth have now secured a detailed planning permission for 32 dwellings.
Apex Land met landowners and walked site discussing options.
Landowner considered several ways Apex land could help and settled on selling direct to a housebuilder.
Apex Land prepared a shortlist of potential developers.
Shortlist was discussed with the landowners.
Preferred purchaser identified as Treveth Holdings (Cornwall Council’s development company).
Bid submitted to landowner and negotiated by Apex Land.
Terms agreed and contract signed.
Treveth then prepared an application and submitted to the council.
Apex Land continued to represent landowner through planning phase and sale of land.
