An initial meeting is held with the landowner to understand what their objectives are.
Apex Land will then provide the landowner with a free no obligation planning appraisal setting out the prospects for development of the land. This will be completed by a Chartered Town Planner.
We will meet again to explain the planning appraisal and the opportunities for obtaining a planning permission, approximate timescales etc. We can discuss the types of development we think could be achieved and what we think the land could be worth.
If the landowner is interested we can present options for a number of alternative promotion agreements and once we have agreed the principles Apex Land will prepare a draft Promotion Agreement.
Once the agreement is signed we will commence promotion and provide regular updates to you throughout the process.
Apex Land are able to respond to each individual landowner’s needs. We are flexible and adaptable.
Apex Land are only paid when Planning Permission is granted and the land is sold on. We can also offer an arrangement whereby the landowner retains ownership of the land with the benefit of the planning permission. We are very flexible in our approach and will find a way to promote your land that works best for your own personal circumstances.
